Today I read one of the best op-ed's I have come across that describes the difficulty I have in understanding why some of those claiming themselves as 'Liberals' cannot understand basic economics. It was published in the June 6,2010 issue of the Wall St Journal. ( href="http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748703561604575282190930932412.html?mod=WSJ_hp_mostpop_read" ) The key concept that touched my focus was one simple sentence.
"But the left has trouble squaring economic thinking with their political psychology, morals and aesthetics." This simply hits the mark for me and explains the "thickness" in logic I see on many TV interviews from many people who should know better. I thank Professor Klein from George Mason University for the analysis.....Read it, you'll enjoy it.
